45-minute Yoga Sculpt Playlist

It works for any other 40 minute workout with slow songs at the end for stretching and mediation! 

30-minute HIIT Playlist 

HIIT when the beats drop. Passive and/or active recovery as the songs slow and then build. The last two songs are for cool down and stretch. 

Example Workout: 

Song 1: Warm up (jump rope, jacks, squats, etc.)

Song 2, 3, & 4: 9 HIITS, 3 moves X 3 (speed skate, mountain climbers, shuffle touch). Passive recovery – wide squats, high plank, squats. 

Song 5 & 6: 4 HIITS, 2 moves X 2 (burpee and jumping lunges). Passive recovery – slow burpee/plank/squat, lunge hold. 

Song 7: 2 HIITS, 1 move X 2 (jacks and/or star jumps). Passive recovery – toe taps, or PUSH UPS! 

Song 8: 3 HIITS, 1 move X 3 (bicycle crunches). Passive recovery – forearm plank and side plank.

Song 9: Cool down/stretch  

Song 10: Stretch/mediatate

45-minute Spin Playlist 

Perfect for any other cardio workout.

Example Spin Class: 

Song 1: Get warm, add some speed and resistance

Songs 2, 3, 6, 9 & 11 : Heavy in and/or out of the saddle, jumps, choreography, etc. TO THE BEAT 

Song 4, 7 & 11: Speed intervals in the saddle, sprint when the beat drops 

Song 5 & 8: Run in and out of the saddle, come out during the chorus

Song 10 & 12: Endurance ride/participant choice

Song 13: Cool down
